Exercise



Been away for awhile but I've not been idol. I've made an important personal discovery I'd like to share with you. Exercise. That's it man.   After several years of low energy and bad sleep, it hit me one day. Exercise. I had started doing lots of leg lifts last December and got some weight off which helped. But I was still not where I wanted or needed to be. One Friday at work a month or so ago, I was feeling like a complete slug. I realized what I had to do. When I got home, I got out the old basketball and started to dribble and throw passes off the wall. In twenty minutes I was worn down. Then, I went ahead with my leg lift routine. At last I added some push-ups. All in all, almost an hour's worth of exercise. I felt good and slept like a stone. I've been at it for a little over a month now, and man what a difference! Give it a try.
